Effective AI: How We’re Helping Clients (and Ourselves) Work Smarter

Smarter Site Navigation with an AI Chatbot

For one client’s public-facing website, we integrated an OpenAI-powered chatbot using React Chatbotify.

Instead of building a chatbot from scratch, we leveraged this open-source framework to deliver a polished, interactive experience quickly and efficiently. We worked with the client to create a custom prompt that guides visitors to the most relevant content, improving navigation and engagement. The end result:

• Visitors spend less time hunting for information
• The site better highlights resources aligned with client goals
• The interaction feels natural and approachable
  
  

This AI chatbot is available to our current clients, meaning we can add it to existing sites quickly and efficiently, helping visitors find what they need without lengthy development cycles.

Data Insights Through Conversational AI

Another client asked us to help their customers make sense of large data sets. We built a set of tools powered by AWS Bedrock that:

1. Analyzes data sets generated from pools of survey results to identify trends and patterns
2. Provides a chatbot interface where users can ask plain-language questions about the data
3. Generates detailed improvement plans, helping end-users take actionable steps to improve key metrics
   
   

This project shows how AI can move beyond automation and help to enable better decision-making.

Improving Our Own Development Process with Claude Code

In developing AI tools for our clients, we realized how valuable it is to adopt AI into our own processes, helping us better understand its impact and use it effectively.

Recently, we have been incorporating Claude Code into our internal development workflow. It’s been helping us:

• Speed up bug fixes by quickly surfacing possible solutions
• Improve test coverage through AI-assisted test generation
